Healthy Tomato, Feta and Basil Salad

- 500 gram cherry tomatoes
- 60 gram feta cheese (⅓ cup crumbled)
- 20 gram fresh basil (1 cup)
- DRESSING
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- pinch Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- grated lemon peel
- salt to taste
Cut tomatoes in half - arrange on serving platter
Salt tomatoes at least 15 minutes before serving
Sprinkle chopped basil over
Crumble feta
DRESSING
Crush garlic and shake up with other ingredients
Drizzle over salad
