Is this coleslaw keto friendly?
Coleslaw that you get in a restaurant is usually not keto friendly since the sweet dressing often contains sugar (carbohydrates). We usually do not add any sugar, since we find the sweetness from the cabbage and carrots is enough. Taste and judge yourself. You can keep it keto friendly and increase the sweetness by replacing the sugar with a different sweetener in this which case you remove basically all carbs.
Cabbage is the main component of this salad and is a great addition to any keto diet, it is low in carbs and low in calories.
